About The Clique
I started this clique with hope to unite all those who simply love books to collect and read as much as time would allow us. I tried to find another clique which I found none and with enthusiasm and excitement, I decided to create this clique.
Many years ago, perhaps when I was around the age of 12 or 11, I had no interest in books or writing whatsoever. My writing skills were dreadfully appalling, including how I ‘write’. But then again, that’s pretty typical for kids around that age? Perhaps, perhaps not. But after realizing how bad I was at it, with determination, I asked my mother to take me to the library and I collected nearly four teen books. From that
one summer, my love for books tremendously grew, to the point where I went to the library almost everyday from morning to night (at one point, dad was
out looking for me, with my family worried to death until I safely came home only to be grounded <.<). It was where my writing and vocabulary skills skyrocketed and I became fascinated with how you can use words, how your ‘mind’ become a TV when you’re reading a book.
To this day, I still read books, perhaps five books a week, mainly romance (I’m a sucker for love), drama, fantasy and sci-fi.
